Step 1: Export Your Coros Activity
You can export your activity from either the Coros mobile app or the Coros Training Hub on desktop.
Option A: Export from the Coros App (Mobile)
Open the Coros App on your phone and log in.
Tap the Profile tab, then select Activities to view your recent sessions.
Choose the activity you want to export (e.g. run, ride, hike).
Tap the Share icon (top right corner), then select Export as GPX. Save the file to your device or cloud storage.
