Step 1: Export Your Training Session from Polar Flow

Go to flow.polar.com and log in. Then navigate to the Diary tab to view your recorded training sessions.

Click on the session (run, ride, hike, etc.) that you want to visualize in 3D.

At the bottom of the session details page, click Export session.

Choose GPX. Warning, only the route data will be exported.

If you downloaded a ZIP file, extract it before uploading to any service. On most systems, double-clicking the ZIP will reveal the included GPX or TCX files.


Step 2: Create a 3D Flyover Using Mapdirector

Open app.mapdirector.com in your browser.

Click Upload, then select the GPX file you exported earlier.
